PHYSICAL REQUIREMENT - Must complete the following:

●     5-minute Run

●     100 Jumping Jacks

●     Two 30-second Planks

●     50 Squats

●     20 Push-ups

POOMSAE - Memorize and refine the following form: Taeguek Ee-jang (#2) and Taeguek #1

SPARRING SKILLS - Be ready to show these skills in sparring

●     Block kick combination

●     Basic footwork

●     Sparring Rounds: 1 (1 min.)

HAND TECHNIQUES - Know basic blocking techniques

  • Down block

  • Inside-middle block

  • High block

  • Straight punches

BOARD BREAKING - Axe kick or Side kick
