POOMSAE - Memorize and refine the following form: Taeguek Sah-jang (#4) and Taeguek #1 - #3

HAND TECHNIQUES - Know basic blocking techniques

  • Down block

  • Inside-middle block

  • High block

  • Single knife hand

  • Double knife hand

  • Straight punches

BOARD BREAKING - Jump round kick

SPARRING SKILLS - Be ready to show these skills in sparring
