POOMSAE - Memorize and refine the following form: Taeguek Il-jang (#1)

HAND TECHNIQUES - Know basic blocking techniques

  • Down block

  • Inside-middle block

  • High block

  • Straight punches

BOARD BREAKING - Stepping side kick
