PHYSICAL REQUIREMENT - Must complete the following:

●     5-minute Run

●     100 Jumping Jacks

●     Two 30-second Planks

●     50 Squats

●     20 Push-ups

POOMSAE - Memorize and refine the following form: Taeguek Sam-jang (#3) and Taeguek #1 - #2

BOARD BREAKING - Jumping Front Kick or Skipping axe

SPARRING SKILLS - Be ready to show these skills in sparring

●     Basic counter

●     Footwork

●     Sparring Rounds: 1 (1 min.)

HAND TECHNIQUES - Know basic blocking techniques

  • Down block

  • Inside-middle block

  • High block

  • Single knife hand block

  • Straight punches
