POOMSAE - Memorize and refine the following form: Taeguek Pal-jang (#8) and Taeguek #1 - #7
SPARRING SKILLS - Be ready to show these skills in sparring
30 sec offense, 30 sec defense
Cut kick follow up (during match)
Comfortable control with head shots (during match)
Spinning back kick against axe kick (outside of match)
Sparring Rounds: 3 (1 min.)
HAND TECHNIQUES - Know basic blocking techniques
Down block
Inside-middle block
High block
Single knife hand
Double knife hand
Hammer fist
Straight punches
BOARD BREAKING - 2 Advance kicks and Power Break on 2, 1-inch boards
