Anonymous Hotline

This is an anonymous submission form available to all members so that you have the ability to submit comments, concerns, complaints, etc. to the officers. This includes criticisms about club operations and trainings, complaints about officers or instructors, or concerns about the behavior of fellow members towards others or yourselves. Additionally, if you ever feel unsafe or uncomfortable for any reason, please let us know!

We believe that any information you can provide us is highly valuable and important. When submitting your comments, we ask that you provide as much information and details as possible; If you are able to provide your name or the name of the people involved, even if you speak of yourself in the third person about yourself so that we don’t know who submitted it, it would help us a lot in assessing certain situations; however you are not required to give us your name if you do not feel comfortable sharing or if you believe it isn’t relevant.
