Practice schedule
Traditional Practice: During this practice, you will learn traditional elements of Taekwondo such as Poomsae, Board Breaking, and kicks. This practice will focus on proper techniques. All levels are welcomed!
Sparring Practice: During this practice, we will focus on Olympic Taekwondo sparring techniques. This practice will usually be more intense. All levels are welcomed!
Competition: Members must be yellow belt or higher to tryout. Tryouts are generally within the second week of classes and you must be invited to participate for safety reasons.
Combat: During this practice, you will learn self-defense techniques and some other styles of Martial Arts. All levels are welcomed!
Demo Practice: Members must be green belt or higher to participate. Demo performances include form choreography, dance choreography, fight choreography, advance kicks, weapons, and tricking.
Open Mat: During this practice, members are allowed to train on their own. All levels are welcome!
